Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@oraaurum.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for what you want.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@oraaurum.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and we'll fix it immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
